【交换机在江湖】S交换机替换NE设备后,对端设备出现丢包故障案例

组网情况

MSC设备原先与NE设备直连割接后变为MSCS交换机直连割接后MSC设备出现丢包

现象描述

割接前后设备出现大量丢包。

原因分析

排查日志发现故障期间S交换机MSC设备连接的1000M端口速率自协商结果仅为10Mbit/s且有丢包超门限日志记录。建议两端使用非自协商模式。

处理步骤

1.         登录S交换机任意视图执行命令display interface GigabitEthernet 0/0/5,查看与MSC连接的接口GE0/0/5状态信息。

4.         尝试将S交换机接口GE0/0/5修改为非自协商模式并强制工作在1000M速率同时对端也工作在非自协商模式问题解决。

总结与建议

链路两端的协商模式必须保持一致。如果链路两端的协商模式不一致例如本端配置为非自协商模式对端配置为自协商模式则本端接口可能为UpDown状态但对端一定为Down状态。非自协商模式下配置以太网接口速率时需要保证链路两端接口速率一致。
