Le client a découvert que, bien que les enregistrements d'appels soient effectués avec succès, lors d'une tentative d'écoute via le CMS, la durée de lecture de l'enregistrement est inférieure à celle indiquée sur la page Web. En l’écoutant, il est clair que le processus d’enregistrement s’est arrêté à un moment donné. Cela entraîne un enregistrement des appels incomplet et l'inspecteur ne peut donc pas évaluer les performances de l'agent.

UAP3300 Playback/Recording Return Codes

Use ICDDebug to collect playback/recording messages. Analyze the messages to determine whether a fault occurred on UAP3300 or the CTI platform.

UAP3300 return codes sent to the CTI platform indicate the fault causes. This topic describes only UAP3300 fault return codes. For details about return codes for the CTI platform faults, see the HUAWEI Call Center Troubleshooting.

The value of ulErrCode in the SP_Play_Record_Ack message is the voice playback/recording return code on UAP3300.

Example for Voice Playback/Recording Failure Message

  1. Select the SP_Play_Record_Ack message that the ACD_SIP module sends to the Service Control Point (SCP) module, as shown in Figure 1.

    The detailed information is displayed on the right, as shown in Figure 2.
