Y9 is not getting ON.. only Red led is blinking

Hi all,

I'm using Y9 2019 model.. yesterday onwards is not getting on.. i try to put charge but only red LED is blinking... i try the combination of power and volume key techniques also... If anyones knows the soltions please help me....
