[Symptom Description]
When you enter only \\IP in the address bar of the host explorer, a message is displayed indicating that the IP address cannot be accessed and you may have no permission.

[Cause Description]
This problem occurs mainly on the SMB1 protocol because the signature configuration does not match. As a result, the authentication is actually passed and the access to the share is not started. Therefore, the permission fails to be reported.
[Solution]
Step 1 Change EnableSecuritySignature to 1 and RequireSecuritySignature to 0 in the host registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters, and restart the host.

[Post-Recovery Check]
Enter \\IP in the resource manager to access the disk array and check whether shares are enumerated.
In fact, the corresponding signature can be configured on the storage array. To reduce the impact scope, the storage array provides only the host configuration method.
