Hi there! The MA5800 is the industry's first smart aggregation OLT with a distributed architecture. It is positioned as the next-generation OLT for NG-PON. The product is designed to help carriers build networks with larger bandwidths, higher speeds, and smarter connectivity to deliver better service experience.
The boards used can be H903CSHD and H902CSHF, which support both XG (s) - PON and GPON services. The connected ONU can be an MDU (such as SmartAX MA5620) or an ONT (such as OptiXstar W626E). For details about the mapping between devices, please contact the local Huawei office because the communication policies of access network devices vary in different countries and regions.

Yes, it has been used in all parts of the world since 2019, such as Korea SKB, Ireland Telecom, and China Mobile.
