1.collect the BMC log, and check the BMC,BIOS and CPLD version, all of them are latest version.
2.check the hardware state, no alarm about it.
3.login the OS and check the expander FW version, found the expander version is too low , need to upgrade . the noisy issue is a probability events, low version have the huge risk
4.upguade the expander FW version, from 101 to 103.
5.as the OS is VMWare , need mount the toolkit , then use the UltraISO software modify the toolkit (need to export the expander FW package )
