Hi there, everyone!
This post talks about the issue that WSS board is faulty causing the master to be reset repeatedly. Please see more details below.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
All boards on the NE periodically report BD_STATUS or COMMUN_FAIL alarms. The first-line arrangement engineers carry the new SCC and AUX boards into the station, doing the following:
1. Plugging and unplugging and replacing the cable from the subrack, the problem is not solved.
2. Pull out the AUX and SCC boards and check the backplane pins. No abnormalities are found.
3. Re-disassembling and replacing the SCC and AUX boards. The problem is not solved.
4. Swap the 4th and 5th slave subracks from the SCC and AUX boards and the 4th slave subrack still has problems; the SCC board, AUX board and network cable are normal. The WSM9 and WSD9 are running on the main control.
SOLUTION
In the R6C03SPC500 version, if the hardware of the WSM9 or WSD9 is faulty, the software execution error will occur, causing the main control board to reset repeatedly. If the subrack is the primary subrack, the NE is periodically managed. If the subrack is a subrack, all the boards on the subrack periodically report BD_STATUS or COMMUN_FAIL alarms. Replace the WSS board.
