WS7200-20 firmware update

My Huawei AX3 Quad Core WS7200 dose not find updates after AX3 10.0.5.32(C500) while there is updates up to 10.0.5.52.
Also practicing problem s with 5GHz v. short coverage less than 10 meters while wifi range set to max.
Also all IPTV providers and YouTube all the time buffering and not working properly at 720 quality or higher will speedtest.net showing speed above 350MBs.
Please help to improve router performance.

The WS7200-20 is a consumer device.


The device version is a customized version, and 10.0.5.52 is a universal version. The two versions are incompatible. The latest version is not available in the customized version series.


According to your description, I cannot locate the fault directly. You can disable dual-band preference on the device management page, and then connect your phone to the 5G Wi-Fi network to test the Wi-Fi signal. You can also download the Wi-Fi magic box to test the Wi-Fi signal and send back the corresponding screenshots.

So you mean that the version 10.0.5.52 is not compatible with my router and it doesn't has updates.

Is my router AX3 pro or not?
Dose it has 5GHz and 2.4GHz amplifiers?
Is it really Quad Core?
OR it is something like cheap version for export?
