[Symptom]:

On the VM running the Windows 10 OS on FusionAccess, the actual position of the mouse pointer was a certain distance from the actual position.

[Analysis]:

This problem occurred on the VM running the Windows 10 OS, and the VM was in dual-screen mode.

[Solution]:

  1. Log in to a VM client running the Windows 10 OS.

  2. Open the display settings of the Windows 10 and select the second screen. (The operation was difficult because the mouse cursor problem.)

  3. Change the default zoom factor 125% to 100%.

  4. The progress bar cloud not be selected because the mouse position was inaccurate. Press the Tab key to switch to the progress bar, and then press the left or right arrow key to adjust the percentage to 100%.

  5. If the fault persisted, install the latest version of FusionAccess agent on the VM.
