WLAN tester White Screen error

Hello,

Recently, we installed WLAN tester V100R001C00SPC300 following the securest steps we could (As administrator, in C:/path, with firewall and AV disabled). Nontheless, after the installation we opened the software and the only thing we can see is a lighblue screen. We suspect that the problem is related with flash but not sure how to solve it.

As far as we know, the software uses adobe flash 10,0,12,36 and we have on our laptops version 13,0,0,206.

Have you dealt with such a similar issue?

Your PC operation system is WIN 7 . You can open "wlan tester" by administrator role with your right mouse key.
