Hi,

Please note that is required to have a license file in order to be able to access the tool. Kindly fill the template available here and request the license from the email address below.
There is also a newer version available here :

Notes:
1. The items marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
2. You can fill in the MAC address of a wired or wireless network card but not a virtual network card in the MAC address of the installation computer.
3. After filling in the template, send an email to eNetwork_tools@huawei.com.

Please open a Service Request to related TAC office to apply for the WLAN Planner License.

You need license for WLAN planner, after you upload the license you should not encounter any more issues .

Because you want to open WLAN planner with web pages, you should first open a stand-alone version of WLAN planner and then open it with http://localhost:8110.
