WLAN Planner authentication Fail

This post was last edited by MA3 at 2018-04-15 05:50. I download WLAN Planner and when i run a new project it prompts to a authentication. I gave my Huawei account user/pass but it didnt work . 
Can any one knows how to authenticate and can share the documentation how to use WLAN planner most effictevely.

Even if you are Huawei employee you still need to use license for authentication, after you upload the license you should not encounter any more issues related to this.

Yes you can mail them, they will send you an application template that you will need to fill in and send back.

Greetings to you all,

I am a huawei partner and have been granted approval/access to WLAN Planner online (serviceturbo@huawei.com)

but I am also unable to access WLAN planner on my laptop.

I sent an email to enetwork_tools@huawei.com but have not received any feedback, I am currently working on a project to deploy several hauwei remote units so i need to simulate the layout first.

Can anyone advise on the turn around time of this license request ?
