Wlan performance lower than expected

Do you mean that the AX200 connects to the AP7050DE and AP7060DN, and the speed reaches 400 to 500 Mbit/s when using Wi-Fi 5 and 120 Mbit/s when using Wi-Fi 6?

Yes, that is correct, but do note that Wifi5 on Wifi6 AP allso seems limited to the lower speeds as tested with an other client with intel 8265 wlan nic.

I dug into the matter and found the a cause, but not an explanation.

I have a sac-profile on the VAP :

After removing it from the VAP applied to the AP-group the wifi6 APs are faster than the Wifi5 ap's, I just do not understand why, anyone a clue ?

Just a thought: Have you verified the *wired* side of the AP7060DN ? How is it connected? Via the GE or the 10GE interface. And... how is it (auto)negotiating the speeds on the interface?

It may well be that it is merely negotiating on 100 Mbit/s (due to bad cable or just a bad agreement between the AP and LAN switch).

Wired speeds are 1Gbps and that is as mutch as the receiving switch can deliver. No CRC's or other errors on the ports.

I am running on 802.3at so the AP is not running at full potential, but still, you would expect 6x6 Mimo at 5ghz on wifi6 to perform better than 4x4 wifi5.

But thank you for your thought ! Keep them comming :-) .The answer must be in the SAC configuration as posted earlier, I just do not understand why this makes sutch a big diference but only for the Wifi6 AP's.

As I checked the documentation, the AP7060DN supports the automatic application identification, while the AP7050DE doesn't (the corresponding description doesn't exist in the chapter AP7050DE). And the SAC remarks the applicate traffic priority, I think you might check the QoS cofiguration on the AC or other device, it might limit the bandwidth for these remarked flow.

I posted the used SAC profile in this thread, it only has priority dscp remarking for specific applications, nothig else

When I use a empty sac profile without any policy's or statistics the performance does not improve.

Enabling SAC seems to have a severe impact on forwarding performance regardless of the content of the sac profile.

Can you check the SAC information while applied the sac-profile, also kindly check the statistics of the sac profile.

AP performance shows avreage 1% cpu load with 7 clients while AC is at avarage 5 and tops at 19%.
