The problem is with the 20KTL Huawei inverter which has the issue of not connecting to the internet because the system need mac address to attach with the local internet server because of company protocol and also this inverter was always showing that the plant is already bound to the other plant. Email was sent to HUAWEI support technical and they gave us the reason for that.
First, the plant was mistakenly added by the client on account and the client forget the id where he added that inverter. And the client doesn’t know about the id. Huawei support team said that with the permission of the client only and only plant is going to be removed from that id. They told me about that id also and they put an email to the client on that email. Also in parallel, they also told how to attach the system with the Mac address.
The suggestions offered by the Huawei Support team are
· Unfortunately, the single way to find out the SDongle MAC address is to connect it to the router and then to see the address in the router-connected device list.
· If you need to add the SDongle MAC address to the router whitelist before connecting it, you can connect the SDongle before to the mobile hotspot and then check the device MAC in the connected devices list.
We connect that inverter with the separate 4g dongle and from the list of connected devices, we check the device status and mac address. After that, we add that mac address on the server and the device gets online but the issue of not adding the plant still persists. After getting knowledge of the email we remove that plant from that id add that plant on proper Id and with the help of Huawei we solved that case easily.
