WirelessNet1 on HG8245H5 Router

Hi,


For some reason, my HG8245H5 router resets my WLAN configuration and shows a predefined WLAN configuration named WirelessNet1 which doesn't have any security check.


I have to access my router and configure it again, it is the second time I have to do it within 1 month.


Do you have any idea, please?

Hello, my friend. 


To restore an ONT to factory defaults, press and hold the reset button, log in to the ONT web page or CLI, or use the NMS to restore the ONT to factory defaults. For details about how to restore an ONT to factory defaults, collect ONT logs. 


Generally, even if the factory settings are restored, the default password is used. The default password is not used in OPEN mode. 


If possible, provide the collected ONT logs.

Hello. I suggest you to report this problem with your internet service provider (ISP), they can check if the modem has a problem and they can replace it if it has something.
