Hi, I am using AE 6760-X1 Access points and the maximum speed I can get is only 100Mbps.

my ISP uplink is 1Gbps.

is there any settings i need to do on the AP to remove this limit and get maximum speed?

it is working as standalone mode no controller .

Hi,

Please Log in to the web platform to check if there are rate limit configurations.

# Choose Configuration > WLAN Configuration.

# In SSID List, click wlan-net. The Modify SSID page is displayed.

# Click Next, skip Basic Information and Security Authentication, and access the Access Control page.

For configuration, please refer to : https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100169916&id=EN-US_TASK_0249630907&lang=en

And there are some reasons that can cause the slow network access speed. Please check whether the fault occurs on the wired or wireless side.

  • Wireless side:

  1. Check whether VLANs are configured correctly.

  2. Check whether the AP's channel usage is normal.

  3. Check whether the AP's packet cache resources and packet sending queue are normal.

  4. Check whether the signal strength of the AP is normal.

  5. Check whether packet loss occurs on the AP.

  6. Check whether there is heavy traffic of services of low-rate users.

Wired side:

  1. Check whether ARP packets are lost on the intermediate network.

  2. Check whether a loop occurs on the network.

  3. Check whether the AP's CPU usage is normal.

  4. Check whether the AP's IP address conflicts.
