WinPCap is missing while installing eNSP on Windows 10

Hi, When I try to install the eNSP on windows 10, it says that I'm not capable of it, because I don't have the WinPCap installed, okay.

But the problem is when I try to install the WinPCap on windows, it says a newer version of winpcap (internal version 5.0.10.921) is already installed on this machine.


and then abort the installation, please, how can I fix this? I've searched a lot already but none of that things worked, then I'm here begging for a solution.

I'm already have the last version of Virtual Box and Wireshark installed, just the WinpCap left...

Hi IsmaelRDeMelo,

You can uninstall the WinPCap software on the Windows operating system, and then reinstall the WinPCap, the WinPcap_4_1_3.exe installation package is located in the eNSP installation directory \ Huawei \ eNSP \ tools folder.

You can refer to How to install eNSP in Windows 10.

By the way, you may try the latest NMAP.

Hello

As you say you already have the last version of Virtual Box and Wireshark installed. Wireshark needs WinPcap or Npcap for work so maybe you have one of them already installed. I suggest you to unistall wireshark and any other version of winpcap or npcap (check OS installed programs). Then try to install Winpcap v.4.1.3 first (download from the corresponding official site) and then install wireshark. After that, try to install eNSP.
