I am planning to install Esight V300R005C00SPC200.

Can I install Windows server version 12 standard, rather than Windows server version 8 R2

Support 2012 which can be referred from specification document

 

System environment (operating system + database):

Supports Windows 2012 R2 Server (64-bit) (Chinese simplified or English version)+ SQL Server 2012

Supports Windows 2012 R2 Server (64-bit)(Chinese simplified or English version) + MySQL 5.6

Supports Linux 11 (64-bit) SP3(Chinese simplified or English version) + Oracle 11g R2
