Win10 1703 system cannot start multiple device solutions agree

Hi there, everyone!


This post is about the issue that the Win10 1703 system cannot start multiple device solutions. Please see more information below.


ISSUE DESCRIPTION


Because the Win10 1703 system is not compatible with eNSP, the resulting eNSP device cannot open multiple device solutions, as follows. 


Note: Only the ensp500 version is supported.

PROCEDURE


1. Download the attachment ensp_patch_500.rar and extract it.


2. Copy the extracted data and the ensp_patch_500.exe file to the eNSP installation directory \ eNSP \ vboxserver folder.


3. Double-click ensp_patch_500.exe to re-open the eNSP to run multiple devices.

This only supports ensp500 and win10 1703 systems. If not resolved, indicating that your previous changes in the document, it is recommended to uninstall the ensp, remove the installation directory residue, reloading ensp500, in accordance with the patch steps to try again.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have ensp500 and win 10 version 1703. I tried to reinstall ensp500 and upload the ensp500 patch, but without success. Still get the same error.

Yes, but I have tried to do this only once. I see that the patch works for people, so I might did something wrong. I will try to reinstall ensp 500 one more time.

I tested this patch on two different pc's with win10 1703 system and still cannot start routers, please advice. I have tried to uninstall eNSP and delete the installation directory residue many times. Can you confirm that the prosedure is to double-click ensp_patch file (CMD window pop up with the words "start update ...") Should it after that open ensp?
