Will deleting a Snapshot affect backups?

we want to modify the VM settings (HCS 6.5.1) , but the system report that vm has snapshot and can't be modified . 

so now we want to delete the snapshot , Does this have any impact on the backup data that we already have? What is the impact on the next backup?

hi firend , deleting the snapshot will not affect your backup data (restore VM) , when the storage snapshot corresponding to the previous backup image is deleted, the next backup will be a full backup.

hi firend , deleting the snapshot will not affect your backup data (restore VM) , when the storage snapshot corresponding to the previous backup image is deleted, the next backup will be a full backup.
