WifiKey wiped from nameplate

Hello All,
The wifi password from the nameplate of the Huawei modem Has been wiped off.
And I have to reset the modem but when I do I might be able to connect to the wifi network.

Hi friend.


Can you log in to your device? If you can, You can change your wifi password without resetting your device.


If you forget your wi-fi password or your wi-fi password is hidden. you can log in to the ONT web page to retrieve or change the password. Specifically, log in to the ONT web page (with reference to section How to login huawei EchoLife ONT). On the main menu, choose WLAN > 2.4G/5G Basic Network Settings. In WPA PreSharedKey , do not select Hide. You can also enter a new password and click Apply for the new password to take effect.

After a factory reset, you can access the device via a web browser. Use default password for this access. After that, enter a new WiFi password.
