I think your problem is that guests can’t re-register. Please check whether the guest account policy allows duplicate registrations: Policy > Permission Control > Guest Management > Guest Account Policy to view the corresponding guest account policy:

Is it disconnected while roaming or within the same AP ？

You can try following command to know which ap's disconnected ：
display ap offline-record all
