This post is reagarding a WI Server abnormal alarm being displayed on FusionAccess 6.2. Please find how to solve the issue below:
1. Check the WI network status and ping the WI IP from the ontology PC.
2. Check if the WI port is occupied. OK.
3. PuTTY logs in to the WI virtual machine, enters the gandalf account, then switches to the root account and uses the startTools command to check the WI running status.
4. Re-connect the WI to the FA. Refresh after the connection is successful and the alarm is cleared and the problem is solved.
