Wi-Fi External Portal Page with Pre-Defined Password for Guests

Hi Everyone,


I just want to ask if it's possible to make Wi-Fi passwords with pre-defined expiration.

For example.. This password would only last for 3 days and the other one would last for a month and can be used by anyone and anytime without the IT Admin changing them everytime a password expires.

I will be applying this setup to a hotel hopefully and the IT there wants a simple password with that policy that was mentioned.


I want to know where would I create the passwords for Guest SSID? I have a WLAN AC6005 and an Agile Controller-Campus that should be used as the external portal server.

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion, but we are very limited on the setup.
We do not have SMS gateway here and that is why SMS push is not an option. That is why we only want a simple pre-defined password already created by an IT Admin even before guest access the SSID with portal.

It's as if you're just creating an SSID on the WLAN AC with pre-defined password (passphrase) but points the portal page to the Agile Controller. Is there a way on doing this Sirs/Ma'am?

I see. But I got a question, if you configured a pre-defined password which last for, such as, 3 days, and it can be used by anyone, what if three days ago, the password expires, how the users access the wi-fi? how they get the new password?
