Hello all,
Recently we were informed that more and more SUN2000-(2KTL-5KTL)-L1 inverters encountered some Wi-Fi disconnection issues and inverters gets disconnected from FusionSolar management system.
The root cause for this abnormal behavior is the incompatibility between certain type of Wi-Fi routers and the firware version which runs into inverter.
For solving this you have to proceed as follow:
- restart inverter (DC and AC off, wait ~30 sec in order to have all the LED lights off, then turn on the AC and DC);
- inverter should automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi router and management system;
- from your installer account on FusionSolar server, go to Settings -->Deice Upgrade-->Add-->select Smart Energy Center, then select firmware package (SUN2000LV200R001C00SPC102), select the PV plant-->Confirm.

If you don't have an installer account or your inverter is not connected to FusionSolar management system, please send us an email to eu_inverter_support@huawei.com with your contact details (name, phone number) and serial number of inverter and we will contact you in order to solve this problem remotely.
