Why user fail to dial into the eSpace UMS or fail to retrieve voice message?

Previous: When applying the eSpace UMS license, can user apply from Huawei ESDP portal directly with the ESN of UMS.
Next: When the IAD1224 fail to register to USM , what is the possibility of the reason tha made this issue occur?

User account have to be created at UMS for the user has the dial in and retrieve message function
