Background:
Customer has two smart loggers in the plant. These two smart loggers can show actual power normally, while the total power can only show one smart logger’s data instead of two.
How to Solve:
Check smart loggers’ ‘Time Zone Parameters’ setting to make sure all smart loggers are the same on this parameter. There are two parameters in this setting: ‘city’ and ‘Daylight saving time’. All smart loggers in the plant should be the same on these two
For this plant we find the ‘Daylight saving time’ parameters were not the same, so we change it back and problem solved.
