HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi, support.

The customer reported that eSight seems to be missing alerts from iBMC that although generated in the iBMC are not showing up in eSight at all.

He wants to know why is that and how to do it?

Any suggestion will be helpful for me, thank you!

OK, thank you for your feedback.

You are suggested to check it in two ways:

1. Check whether your configuration is correct?

trap function

Note that during the configuration, enable the trap function and set the trap mode to OID.

2. If the configuration is correct, check the Include Alarm Severities,

alarm

Generally, the alarm severity is normal by default.

This indicates that only alarms with all severity are displayed on eSight. but if you select Major or Minor

You will not receive the normal alarms.

3. If all are ok, Test your configuration.

test

If all configuration is ok, you can try to test it, maybe the network also can be the issue for you qustion.
