ALM-25888 SCTP Link Fault
Alarm Description
The eNodeB checks the status of the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) link every second. The SCTP link can be configured by running the ADD SCTPLNK and ADD SCTPLNK6 commands.

If this switch is turned on, an alarm is reported immediately after the eNodeB detects that the SCTP link is disconnected.

If this switch is turned off, the eNodeB reports an alarm when detecting that the link disconnection duration reaches 18s within 30s after the eNodeB detects that the SCTP link is disconnected. This alarm is cleared when the eNodeB detects that the link is disconnected for less than 2s within 30s.

The SCTP fault real-time reporting switch can be configured by running the SET GTRANSPARA command. The default value is Disable.

ALM-25901 Remote Maintenance Channel Fault（OMCH）
Alarm Description
This alarm is generated when the BTS cannot be maintained because the remote maintenance channel is abnormal and the BTS is interrupted for five minutes. This alarm is cleared when the remote maintenance channel recovers.

S1 Interface Fault alarm : when the lower-layer SCTP link carried by the S1 link is faulty and is not restored for 18 seconds.
SCTP link fault alarm: "The BTS detects the status of the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) link every second.the eNodeB reports an alarm when detecting that the link disconnection duration reaches 18s within 30 seconds after the eNodeB detects that the SCTP link of the eNodeB is disconnected. "
O&M alarm:If the U2000 is not logged in for more than 5 minutes, an alarm is reported.
the sctp priority is higher than the O&M, for example ,if the translation is down at 30s, there is SCTP alarm , but not O&M alarm…
But we can not modify the detect time by parameter.
