Why OSPF protocol does not have link-state fast advertisements technology

The link-state fast advertisements technology is only for purposes of ISIS protocol. According to the ISIS protocol principle, when receiving a LSP, only mark the SRM flag in this LSP, then through the timer sends, thus delaying the deliver of the network change, increasing the network convergence rate. To avoid such a situation, before each route computation, we allowed a certain quantity of LSP flood out, to a large extent improve the network convergence rate. But for OSPF, when receiving new LSA then flood immediately, therefore needs not use this technology.
