Hi guys.

I'm providing support for customers who need to change their Wi-Fi settings.
I'm doing this through HTTP GUI.
Problem is that the connection is too slow even during low traffic periods.

Is there something I can do to speed up this?
btw, HTTP over LAN connection works as expected.
Any idea? can I set some traffic prioritization at the OLT or ONT?

Any thought would be welcome.
Leandro.

Hello, friend!

You can use the Speedtest to check whether the Wi-Fi function is normal. You can also use the wired access mode to check whether the Wi-Fi function is normal.

If the speed test fails, check why the speed test fails. Check whether the wired network is normal. If the wired network is faulty, check where the congestion occurs.

If the Wi-Fi is faulty but the wired network is normal, Wi-Fi interference exists. In this case, adjust the Wi-Fi channel.

Thanks!

access to http ont management interface is too slow.
Check if the optical attenuation of your fiber is within the normal range.
