NT1 can not show activated status when the network has no traffic in UA5000 ISDN service.
Cause in the packet mode, UA is
using the "battery saving mode" as default, and can not config or
modify. In the battery saving mode, when the network is idle, no traffic, the
NT1 status will be deactivated.
If in the V5 mode, the configuration is on the Switch, UA can do noting with NT1 activated.
