I don't think normal, because I have 10 pc in loccal network once I want to login to my switch all PC has same IP which is the router's interface, it looks the PAT is configured in the router. (i.e it looks natting all local ip to router's ip address)
note : router is mikrotik not huawei.
I have tested by eNSP I get my real ip when I issue dispaly users.
what I am curious about is : does binding makes this kind of changing IP or not?
