Why is the health status of the remote LUN and eDevLUN still displayed normal on the local zero-load storage system when an external LUN malfunctions?

When the local storage system has no service loads, it cannot set the remote LUN and eDevLUN to be in the faulty state based on I/O error statistics. If the external LUN malfunctions when the local storage system is processing I/O loads, the local storage system automatically updates the status of the external LUN and sets the remote LUN and eDevLUN to be in the faulty state.
