Why is my VCN510 going offline?

Hello!

There are many reasons why the MU goes offline:

• CPU is high;

• insufficient memory;

• ……

 You can try to manually start the MU:

1. Log in to the VCN server via the SSH tool.

• user: admin;

• password:Change_Me.

2. Switch to root:

• su -
  

• password: Change_Me.
  

3. Open the manual startup directory.

cd /home/ivstool/bin

4. Start the MU module.

./service.sh start mu

If you able to login to the master VCN (if you already made a cluster)
Please go to Log section, and check the System Log to know what happened when the MU offline
you can capture and share here so we can help figure it out.
