Why is Huawei Atlas 200 DK USB-C so slow?

Hello everyone!
I've got a trivial question.
Whenever I send files to my Huawei Atlas 200 DK via scp using USB 3.0 (USB C) it is extemly slow. It doesn't even have 1 MB/s.
Is it just me/my PC (Ubuntu 18.04.5 VM) or is this a known problem?
Here is a screenshot of the slow speed:
If I send files from the Atlas 200 DK to my PC it is also very slow.
This makes sending files a very time consuimg task which I want to avoid for more productivity.
