Why Is a Switch's Log Time Different from the NMS's Log Time?

The log time of my ce6850 is different from the NMS's  log time.

A switch sends logs to the NMS according to the standard UTC time; however, the log time displayed on the NMS does not carry the time zone. If a time zone is configured on the switch, the log time displayed on the switch is different from that displayed on the NMS.
