Why huawei hg8247h changed ip after reset?

Hello, team!

I have a question.

I reset my Huawei hg8247h, then its changed ip from 192.168.100.1 to 154.127.247.254. However I can´t get in on the admin interface, what´s going on? and how can I fix it?

Please I need help!!
