Why eSpace Desktop, eSpace Mobile and Ipphone can not share same extension ID?

In order to provide an accurate answer we would need to know what exactly are you referring to as "extension ID".

The only thing that the Desktop Client and the IP Phone can have as a common configuration is that eSpace Desktop can be bound to only one IP Phone and share the number of the IP Phone. This feature is called IP Phone linkage. Please note that the Mobile client does not support this feature. The Desktop Client and IP phone of a user can be bound. Then the user can use Desktop Client to control the IP phone to dial numbers, receive and reject calls, hang up, hold or resume calls, and divert calls.
