Why does SmartKit fail to export logs?

Hello, everyone!

I have some Huawei storages, like oceanstor 2200 V3, oceanstor 2600 V3, oceanstor 5500 V3.

When both the SmartKit and DeviceManager are used to export logs at the same time, the SmartKit fails to export the logs, why?

Can you help me?

The possible causes are as follows:

The OceanStor series' logs can be only exported sequentially. They cannot be exported by multiple users simultaneously, nor can the logs of multiple controllers be exported at once.

You can start a new round of log collection until the previous round is complete.
