Why do I get the "Connect Core Service Failed" when I open the Multipoint Resource Management Center software after installing the Oracle and Multipoint Resource Management Center software, starting the service and modifying the IP address and listening port in RMCC.ini?

1. Ensure that the database connection is normal;

2. Modify the configuration file;

3. Set SNMPAGENT from 1 to 0 in RMCC.ini and solve the problem after restarting the service.
