Why Cannot My Video Window Be Displayed in Full Screen During a Video Call?

Symptom
During a video call, when my IM window is maximized, the video window is not extended proportionally.

Possible Causes
The graphics card of your computer does not support Direct3D.

Troubleshooting
Download the DirectX 9 plug-in from the official website of Microsoft, and install it on your computer.
