why cannot display the ports exist after the boards are installed?

I just received two S5730-48C-PWR-SI(V200R011C10SPC500) switches with an ES5D21VST000 interface card on each one. I want to setup an iStack with both but no 40G ports appear on display current. 

Should I need to activate something additionally? any suggestions?

Previous: 10ge and 40ge ports can be added to the same logical stack port?
Next: is there any beetter combination possible apart from MPLS TE +ISIS

The ES5D21VST000 stack card is not supported on your S5730-48C-PWR-SI-AC with the current software version (V200R011). You need to upgrade to V200R012 or V200R013.

Below are the devices that support the ES5D21VST000 stack card with V200R012 (Please see " Card Overview" tab):

yes, you should upgrade it to the specific version to support this card,
