Why can't the Win10 system still start the AR equipment after installing VirtualBox?

This post showcases why the Win10 system can't still start the AR equipment after installing VirtualBox. Please see more details below.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION


After some friends finished the Win10 system installation VirtualBox5.0 version, they still couldn't start the AR.


ISSUE ANALYSIS

 

1. We found that VirtualBox5.0 Network features' performance is not very stable on the Win10 system. Some machines need to go to Control Panel: 'Control panel -> Network and Internet -> the Network connection' then find out about the 'VirtualBox Host - Only Network' network card, right click Properties, and according to the below information, to check VirtualBox NDIS6:

You should make sure this property must be on the hook (some machines are not on the hook).


2. If you find your Network card name is not 'VirtualBox Host - Only the Network', but 'VirtualBox Host - Only Network# 2' followed by the # and some digital number, it is because there is residual VirtualBox software uninstalled.


SOLUTION


Then you should open eNSP, click on the Menu - Tools - Registered Equipment, selected three kinds of equipment and then click Register. Then restart eNSP.


That would be all on the issue of why can't the Win10 system still start the AR equipment after installing VirtualBox.

2、please complete uninstall the E-nsp that you have installed, and then re-install it with default way don't  change some chosen. i ever get the problem  ,also you can refer to the document of support.,hope can help you.
