Hello.

Thank you for posting on our Huawei Forum.

Please be informed that in order to further investigate this matter we would require the firmware version of the SMC2.0,

- What type of registration do you want to achieve with the SMC2.0 node (SIP or H323),
- Does the SMC2.0 register to the embedded or a standalone SC.

We would also require the user logs extracted from the SC which we will see the log regarding node registration and status of the SMC2.0 services

Checking the Status of SMC2.0 Services
By checking the status of SMC2.0 services, you can find and rectify device faults in a timely manner to ensure video conferences are running properly.

Context
The SMC2.0 server provides the following services:
System services
eSDKDaemon Service by Apache Tomcat
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Conference
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 ConvergeGateway
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Database
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Device
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Email
HUAWEI SMC2.0 InterConnect
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Log
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 MonitorManage
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 Register
HUAWEI SMC2.0 Task
HUAWEI SMC 2.0 User
HUAWEI SwitchCenter AccessManager
HUAWEI SwitchCenter Business
HUAWEI SwitchCenter Media
HUAWEI SwitchCenter UCS Server
Database services
IIS Admin Service
SQL Active Directory Helper Service
SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)
SQL Server Agent (SQLEXPRESS)
SQL Server Browser
SQL Server VSS Writer
PGSQL
World Wide Web Publishing Service

Procedure

From the SMC2.0 server, right-click Computer, and choose Manage to display the Computer Management window.
In the navigation tree, choose Configuration > Services.
In the right pane, check whether the preceding services are running properly.

- Are there any active alarms on the SMC2.0. You can check the below link extracted from product documentation to check the fault managment section and how to deal with ongoing alarms.

We are looking forward to your reply.
