We know that data on the fusionsolar hosting cloud is monitored by the inverter and uploaded to the consignment cloud platform. If we cannot see the power curve, we need to determine whether the other voltage and current data on the managed cloud is normal. If the data is not available, if it is not refreshed for a long time, we need to check the monitor to see if the SmartLogger is faulty or the line is faulty. Then, we can further analyze the problem.
If other data is normal, only the power curve is faulty. The customer needs to fill in the remote access authorization letter. After the customer authorizes Huawei R&D engineers to change the longitude and latitude in the background, the power curve is restored, the most important point is that the longitude, latitude, and longitude and latitude of a new PV plant can be automatically located. After the PV plant is built, the power curve data remains normal.
