Why alway failed to install the hot patch to the thin client?

The FusionCloud desktop system allows various types of terminals to access virtual desktops. The Series of Clients feature provides the following functions:
A thin client (TC) is a PC-standard-compliant computer that uses an embedded processor and small-sized flash memory and runs a simplified operating system. TCs of different models provide different performance, peripheral ports, and operation interfaces. The variety of TCs meets the requirements of different scenarios, such as common OA, high security, and high-performance graphics design. The following TC models are supported: CT3200, CT5100 (Windows and Linux), CT6000/CT6100 (Windows and Linux), and Sunniwell S-Box8V40 (Linux)
Basic software client (SC)
The Huawei FusionCloud Desktop Solution comes with the HDP SC software, which enables Windows users to easily access virtual desktops or remote applications.
SCs support Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows XP (32-bit), Windows 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit), and Mac OS.
After a Mac OS SC is installed, a user can log in to a virtual desktop from the Safari browser. The Mac OS supports driver/folder redirection, and clipboard redirection.
C/S client
Cloud Access Configuration Tool
It is a TC local configuration tool used to provide the basic cloud server login function. In addition, the cloud initiator provides the following functions:
Allows users to flexibly configure WI login addresses.
Saves user login passwords to support the automatic virtual desktop login function.
Automatically detects WI address accesses that support disaster recovery capabilities.
Centralized TC O&M

The FusionCloud Desktop solution uses the Thin Client Manager (TCM) to implement centralized operation and management of TCs. The TCM implements the following functions: security management, asset management, and security authentication on TCs, and monitor TC performance. In addition, systems can be recovered in batches for TCs, TCs can be upgraded, and patches can be installed on TCs remotely.

Local Desktop Lock of Windows SCs
The Access Lock software can be used to lock local PC desktops so that users can directly log in to VMs. When users start Windows clients the user login page is displayed. After users enter the domain username and password, the user can directly logs in to the the remote virtual desktop, and the local desktop is shielded.

In addition, what's the TC firmware ver now? you can check the TC FW ver through inspection the agency ver on TCM side or execution the "Ctrl + Alt + A" on TC inside.
