this is the latest version for TE30 , released by 2018/05/15

But i prefer you use version Before Most latest which is released by 2018/04/04

Actually there is advice that will help you any version marked with below mark as below is the most recom,mended one

so whenever you find this mark for version means it is most recommended 

it is not must to be latest ,  may be recomended not latest one

You can use the latest software version for TE30

I have a problem with my T30, when I configured it worked perfect in a video conference, but then turned it off remotely from the GUI turned it on again and joined the video conference but did not show video or audio, verify everywhere and I do not have restriction of video and audio some that could be the problem, I thought to update the software but I need some ID of my company which I do not have them to update my profile, someone can help me to find a solution thanks in advance
