Which NEs information should be colloected when the VC solution encounters a problem?

VC NEs include the SMC, SC, MCU, RSE6500, and endpoints.  The following lists the location information in common scenarios.  

Scenario 1:  

The endpoints (MCU or RSE6500) fail to register with the MCU or RSE6500, or suddenly go offline.  

The NEs whose information need to be collected:  

SC, terminal (or MCU/RSE6500)  

Scenario 2:

A participant fails to join a conference on the SMC2.0 or a terminal fails to join a conference.

A batch of participants exited the conference abnormally.  

The NEs whose information need to be collected:  

SMC, SC, MCU, and endpoints

Scenario 3:

The endpoints can join the conference but do not receive any streams.  

The NEs whose information need to be collected:  

MCU, SC, and endpoints 

Scenario 4:

Failed to call a participant on the SMC2.0 and an error is reported, indicating that capability negotiation fails.  

The NEs whose information need to be collected:

MCU, terminal  

Scenario 5:  

Failure to join a conference by calling the recording server on the SMC2.0.

The NEs whose information need to be collected:  

SMC, SC, MCU, and RSE6500
