The answer is C.
ASBR-Summary-LSA is the type 4 LSA, and it will flood in all the ASs.
ASE-LSA, I think you mean the AS-external-LSA, it is the type 5 LSA, it floods in all the ASs.
Type 1 external metrics include both the AS external metric and the metric to the ASBR.

Hi,

My answer is D and its true because

Type 1 (EI)- This type includes the external cost to the destination as well as the cost (metric) to reach the AS boundary router.
